- Crevol team will provide support in international language (English) only
- Crevol will provide 4 month free support from date of order and support is not applicable on free products.
- You can raise a ticket to support@crevolsoft.com for quick response.
- Free supports include bug fixes only no any new feature will be entertained.
- If any new feature or customization needed in the product, please visit ask for customization.
- Support team will not provide any other technical support like database and code.
- If support is required for the extension after free support period of time you need to extend your support.
- Support will only be entertained for original product not on change or customized product via user
- Support is only provided for one website not for multiple website.If you want support for multiple website you need to buy support for that website.
- Licensee dose not authorize to modify the code and resale it.
